Building Renovations

Building Renovations are underway!

In December 2009, theBridge bought our first church building. After 7 years of meeting in homes and schools, we finally have a place of our own!

Updates:
There is so much going on in the building right now! We're working on several projects simultaneously and finishing new tasks each week. We've installed new windows in the kids level and in the sanctuary and foyer area. The framing has been completed for the bathrooms on the main level, as well as the entrance to the sanctuary and the entrance to the lower level.

Current Projects:
If you would like to volunteer for any current projects, you can contact Jim Maynard or just stop by! With so many projects to work on, we can find something for you to do!

There are several ways you can contribute towards the renovation of our new home:

1. Pray! Please pray for the safety of all our team, guidance for those planning the projects, and provision to meet our needs.

2. Give financially. The Lord will meet our needs throughout the renovation, and He just might use you to do this! If you are moved to give financially, you can designate your contribution on your collections envelope on Sundays (check "Building") or you can give via PayPal (using the button above) and specify your contribution to go to the Building Fund. Additionally, if you are interested in sponsoring a specific area of renovation (such as kidsBridge) or project (such as the stage), you can also designate your gift in that way.

3. Help on Work Days. Occasionally we will have Work Days to get everyone involved at once. We will contact the church body via Facebook, email, or text and let you know when to be there. There will be several projects going on simultaneously, and there will always be a project you can help with. Not only will you be blessing the church family by helping restore the building, but you will have fun and make friends with other volunteers!

4. Give your time. If your weekends are busy, but you have a couple free hours during the week, call the church and let us know! (304.724.7171) We might have a job for you even though it's not a Work Day. We often need people to clean up after projects are completed or drive a truck to the dump, so don't be shy if you want to help; you are needed!
