Letter from Pastor Maw

Dear Pastors and friends,

The internet just open so I inform you late. In fact, it is very far from our place.
With many tears, I inform you about our terrible situation. On May 2nd until May 3rd, very strong cyclone storm hit the whole lower Myanmar including our place. More than two hundreds thousands people were dead and millions of people became homeless. There are many lost peoples also. In our church two families became homeless and houses of eight families were terribly destroyed. The roofing of my house was destroyed also. Our church building was hit by the storm. Our church building became the refuge camp for the victims of the storm. Our church try to treat them as much we can. Without His providing, we could not stand anymore. During the storm, the flood went up to five feet hight. I do not know how to explain the detail that we faced.

Now we are facing the consequences of the storm. We have flood. Our toilets are filled with flood so we have problem with it. We have no electricity, no water, no drinking water. The most important things is that the prices of rices, food and materials for house repairing go up to triple. The other foursquare churches and members were also face the same problem.

Pleases, pray and help as much as you can and as fast as you can.

Pray also for the our orphanage children. They are so afraid and the flood destroy their things.
Thank you so much for your prayer and support.

In His ministry,
Maw
